A. Our main technical training programs are on Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) , Tolerance Stack-up Analysis, Engineering Drawing Practices, Design For Manufacture & Assembly (DFMA), Dimensional Metrology, Uncertainty of Measurements, Welding Drawings & Technology, Engineering Materials & Heat Treatment and Jigs & Fixtures.
Q. Which are your main managerial training programs?
A. Six Sigma Methodology, Lean Manufacturing and Total Quality Management (TQM) are our management oriented training programs.
We conduct detailed training programs on Statistical Process Control (SPC), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA – Design & Process), Deign of Experiments (DOE), etc.
Q. Should the participants come to your office only for the training?
A. We provide the corporate training programs at the premises of the client or at a venue fixed by them on mutually convenient dates. For the individuals interested in our training we conduct week endprograms at our office for a batch of around 8 -10.
Q. Do you provide training outside Bengaluru also?
A. We provide training atthe customer sites anywhere in India and also overseas.
Q. What facilities should the companies provide the training programs?
A. The companies should provide training hall, white board, marker pens, writing pads for the participants, etc. Normally we don’t need computer terminals and internet connection for our training programs.
Q. Do you also provide online web based training programs?
A. As of now we are only conducting the class room type of training programs. We have plans to offer online web based training programs.

A. The individuals interested in our training programs should send an enquiry email through our contact us menu of our website giving details of their requirement. When a training program of their choice is scheduled they will be intimated through email.

Q. Do you have any special training program for the engineering students?
A. For the engineering students, about to complete the course and in search of jobs in the industry, we provide a week long training program to prepare them technically for facing the interviews and also to practically orient them to the industry requirements.
Q. Do you offer academic projects for the under graduate and post graduate students?
A. Yes, we offer some projects to the under graduate and post graduate students mainly in design and quality areas.
Q. Do youoffer apprenticeship for the graduate engineers?
A. Yes, we offer limited apprenticeship to the fresh engineers depending on the number of ongoing projects.
